Tsubaki Conveyor Systems India Pvt Ltd (TCSI) Team is committed to deliver consistently high quality products and services to its customers. Excellent infrastructure with world class facilities has been established to support our commitment to timely delivery and quality.
Manufacturing set-up
TCSI facility near Pirangut, Pune is spread over 32,500 sq. m. of area covering Factory, Office Buildings and lots of greenery. The factory sheds cover approx. 10,000 sq. m. area and include:
- Raw materials storage : Ample space is provided for storage of raw materials under covered shed
- Feeder shop : Comprises of sheet metal working and machine shop. Latest equipment such as Precision shearing machines, Press brakes, Plasma cutting machine, CNC Lathe, VMC etc. are installed in feeder shop.
- Assembly shop : Three large fabrication bays of 18 m X 60 m are provided for equipment fabrication and assembly. Large bays provide convenience to carry out pre-despatch assembly and trial runs for number of equipment at a time. All bays are equipped with overhead cranes. Utility lines for CO2 and Compressed Air reach all areas of fabrication sheds. Special purpose machines for bucket fabrication, shaft assembly and chain link assembly are provided.
- Finishing shop : Shot blasting and Painting booth of 8 m X 8 m each are provided in finishing area. Electric and gas heated ovens are provided for paint baking and drying.
- Warehouse : Covered area is provided for storage of finished items awaiting dispatch.
TCSI factory is set up using North Light Shed Construction thereby utilising maximum of natural light resulting in saving of 59 kW/Hour.
Every open space in the TCSI facility is covered with greenery. Over 300 trees of all varieties have been planted and nurtured to maintain strong connect with the environment. Rain water flow is channelised to improve ground water seepage.
