JOB PURPOSE :(Role Summary)
Ensures daily work loading, material loading and drawing receipt. Supervises work and ensure output as per plan. Ensures production order closure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education : B.E Mechanical/Production
- Experience :(No. of yrs) 2 – 4 yrs
- Specific Experience: Experience in Machine Shop / Press shop.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Allocates work to workers on daily basis.
- Ensures completeness of all operations as per organization’s quality standards
- Does supervision and resolves issues related to work and manpower.
- Maintains Records related to Production. Ensuring work pack completeness and FIR of all ready items.
- Co-ordination with other functions for timely delivery and ensuring completeness in all respect.
- Maintains 5’ S in Feeder shop. Ensure compliance to ISO and OHSAS procedures.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Proper utilization of available resources.
