JOB PURPOSE :(Role Summary)
Supervises installation and commissioning of supplied BMH equipments and attends trouble shooting /
servicing during commissioning and operations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Education : B.E Mechanical
- Experience : 4 to 6 years
- Specific Experience: Cement / Power plants / Steel plants
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Prepares site visit plan based on customers requirement for installation/ resolving complaints / Servicing old equipments. Intimates the plan of action to customer and Visits Sites.
- Undertakes Strategic customer visits.
- Resolves customer complaints by taking prompt actions.
- Maintains data regarding supply of new equipments.
- Takes feedback from customers regarding performance of old equipments.
- Suggests design changes to Engineering function as part of continual improvement.
- Prepares Installation/ Operation manuals and submits to customer.
- Prepares and submits service invoices after site visit.
- Generates Spares Enquiries. Collects Equipment Performance Certificate.
- Co- ordinates with other functions for effective handling of customer complaints.
- Knowledge sharing among team members regarding problems faced at site during visit
- Trains Customers.
- Periodic Site Visit periodically for material identification and preparation of progress report.
- Arranges Customer Meets at factory
- Ensures compliance to ISO and OHSAS procedures
